In the August 2010 issue of Foot & Ankle Specialist, the last sentence in the first paragraph of page 208 should have said: “A level III prognostic study can be undertaken when patients identified for the study on the basis of their outcome, called ‘cases,’ are compared with those who did not have that outcome, called ‘controls.’”
