The layout and equipment of a dark room unit for radioautography are described. In addition to an entrance hall and a small corridor, the unit includes two main parts: a temperature- and humidity-controlled coating room, where the histological sections are coated with photographic emulsion and dried; and a temperature-controlled processing room, where the preparations are develped and fixed after exposure.
