The Indian concept of gunas namely Sattwa, Rajas, and Tamas is perceived to be useful in organizational behaviour research and practice. Analysing data collected from 310 executives of 13 organizations, Kaur and Sinha identify four factors — Tamas Guna, Rajas Positive Guna, Sattwa Guna, and Rajas Negative Guna and discuss the relationship of these variables with some organizationally relevant variables.
