An attempt is made in this paper to determine the influence of social system and its dimensions on job satisfaction. Respondents belonging to four crucial staff roles were drawn from five general hospitals and were administered the Hospital Social System Inventory. Analysis revealed that job satisfaction had high multiple correlation with the dimensions of social system.
