We thank Drs Siegler and Martin-Schild for their comments on our study comparing various risk-scoring systems in predicting symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH) after intravenous thrombolysis in a Taiwanese population.1 They correctly pointed out that potential patient selection bias could impact the performance of the discussed scoring models.
