There is limited information regarding the cerebrovascular safety of cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitors (coxibs) and noncoxib nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). We determined whether specific NSAIDs, including coxibs, are associated with risk of stroke.
