To the Editor:We read with great interest the recent Letter to Editor1 raising questions on the First Consensus Document of the ICSS-SPREAD Joint Committee on Carotid Artery Stenting,2 and we were very surprised by these comments.Many of these concerns start from a totally different point of view, ie, the “ simplicity” of CAS (as stated in line 8).
