A 22-year-old woman presented with chest discomfort. ECG showed atrial fibrillation, right axis deviation and T-wave abnormality. Transthoracic echocardiogram and MRI revealed that the 2 atrioventricular valves were transposed completely with mild to moderate regurgitation.
