Gordon Sessions Scheduled On Atherosclerosis, Muscle A four-day session on atherosclerosis will be part of the Gordon Research Conferences at Kimball Union Academy, Meriden, NH, June 22-25. DeWitt S. Goodman and Donald M. Small are co-chairmen. Other sessions of interest to workers in the cardiovascular area will be a five-day session on muscle proteins June 29-July 3 at Holderness School, Plymouth, NH; meetings on lipid metabolism, enzymes and metabolic pathways at the Kimbell Union Academy, June 15-19, and July 6-10; the central nervous system, June 22-26 at Tilton School, Tilton NH; and catecholamines, Aug. 1014 at Proctor Academy, Andover NH. The Conferences, directed by Alexander M. Cruickshank of the University of Rhode Island, were initiated in 1931 and now have some 100 annual meetings attended by 10,000 scientists.
