Early confirmation of the effect of brachytherapy for choroidal melanoma showing that tumour coverage is valuable. The irradiated retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) commonly develops atrophy. This study compares the fundus autofluorescence (AF) changes to the development of RPE atrophy following brachytherapy.
