Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) constitute a large proportion of noncoding transcripts that have recently emerged as a new class of important regulators in cancers. LncRNA BCYRN1, also known as BC200, has a potential function in tumorigenesis. However, the clinical significance of BCYRN1 and its effect on colorectal cancer (CRC) progression remains unclear.
