plinary assessment suggested an endoscopic resection by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) technique. The procedure was then performed under general anaesthesia using the ERBE ICC electrosurgical generator with Flush Knife (Fujifilm®) and IT knife nano (Olympus®).
