Two Moroccan girls, a 10-year-old (first case: Fig. 1 a) and an 11-year-old (second case: Fig. 1 b), were referred to the Department of Dermatology at the University Hospital Hassan II, Fez, for a 4-year and 10-year history of asymptomatic hair loss. Physical examination revealed the presence of frontal-temporal triangular alopecia, without any scales or erythema. The pull test was negative, and the rest of the clinical examination was normal.
