Few studies have evaluated patients after cardiac surgery for subsequent chronic kidney disease (CKD) which increases cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to ascertain the long-term renal outcome in adult patients with severe acute kidney injury (AKI) after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
