Osteopontin (OPN) is reportedly involved in bone desorption, formation and ectopic calcification. We sought to investigate the role of OPN gene polymorphism in the susceptibility to Cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) and in predicting the outcome anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion (ACF).
