Riedel's thyroiditis is characterised by chronic inflammatory invasive fibrosclerosis of the thyroid gland, surrounding structures, and extrathyroidal fibrosis. We present a case of Riedel's thyroiditis associated with nodular fibrosis of the lungs and liver.
