Almroth Wright, a well-known man in his day, died as recently as 1947. He was a painstaking research worker who was very thoughtful and highly successful in his "work. His grandson, Dr G. J. Romanes, as a medical student lived with his grandfather and had the advantage of learning first-hand the principles which motivated the research worker. The title of this work means Logic which searches for the truth. It is the outcome of considered thoughts of Almroth Wright over more than half a century and will well repay close study and understanding.
