Statistical methods for calculating the effective static and dynamic characteristics of texturedmicroheterogeneous materials such as polycrystals, composites and rocks are considered. Effective staticcharacteristics based on the example of the elastic modules tensor are analyzed. Effective dynamiccharacteristics based on the example of the dielectric permeability tensor in calculating the scatteringfactor, phase and group velocities of the propagation of plane electromagnetic waves are presented.
