This paper studies the asymptotic stability of linearneutral systems with multiple time delays. Using thecharacteristic equation of the system, new delay-independentstability criteria are derived in terms of the spectral radius ofmodulus matrices. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate thevalidity of our new criteria
