The present study aims to explore the effectiveness of a proposed AI-enabled program for developing preservice teachers’ awareness of citizenship scientific values in light of Saudi Vision 2030. The study utilized the quasi-experimental approach (one-group design) by testing and identifying the effectiveness of the proposed design in developing awareness of citizenship scientific values among preservice teachers at Umm Al-Qura University. An eleven-domain questionnaire was developed and applied to 60 preservice teachers at Umm Al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia. The results showed that awareness of citizenship scientific values did not achieve the sufficiency level of 85%. An eleven-session program was designed. The study concluded that there were statistically significant differences in the participants’ mean scores in the pretest and posttest of the scale of the awareness of citizenship scientific values, favoring the posttest. The proposed program proved effective in developing the participants’ awareness of citizenship scientific values.
