We present and analyze a modified Holling type-IIpredator-prey model that includes some important factors such asAllee effect, density-dependence, and environmental noise. Byconstructing suitable Lyapunov functions and applying Itôformula, some qualitative properties are given, such as theexistence of global positive solutions, stochastic boundedness, andthe global asymptotic stability. A series of numerical simulationsto illustrate these mathematical findings are presented
