An SEIS epidemic model with achanging delitescence is studied. The disease-free equilibrium andthe endemic equilibrium of the model are studied as well. It isshown that the disease-free equilibrium is globally stable undersuitable conditions. Moreover, we also show that the unique endemicequilibrium of the system is globally asymptotically stable undercertain conditions
