We propose a discrete model of mutualism with infinite deviating arguments, that is 1(+1)=1()exp{1()[(1()+1∑()∞=02()2∑(−))/(1+∞=02()2(−))−1(−1())]},2(+1)=2()exp{2()[(2()+2∑()∞=01()1∑(−))/(1+∞=01()1(−))−2(−2())]}. By some Lemmas, sufficient conditions are obtained for the permanence of the system
