A patient with a giant cavernous hemangioma of the liverpresented with fever of unknown origin. Extensive investigation revealed noother source of temperature. Following surgical resection of the Lesion the feverresolved. Pathology of the benign cavernous hemangioma showed only areas ofthrombosis
