SAP implementation at Metalica: an organizational drama

CEO: Good morning, folks. The ® rst issue on our agenda today is the implementation of SAP at Metalica. (Sips his coffee.) As you probably remember, 2 months ago the board of directors accepted the recommendations of the breakthrough team and approved the budget for the SAP project.
