Decays of pseudoscalar mesons are studied by paying attention to the property that i¢v(0)i is proportional to Mv', where M,· is the mass of vector meson and 1'v(0) is the origin value of wave function for the vector meson. It is shown that (i) the data for the 7r°~2y, lJ~2y and lJ'~2y processes can be explained well and (ii) for the heavy pseudoscalar mesons, r(7}Q~2y) leQ4 is roughly the same, of the order of 30keV,for the 7}c, 7}b and 7}I. By making use of the above result, the hadronic decay width of the 7}Q is estimated at about 5 Me V. The 7}b mass is discussed on the basis of the decay width for r ~ y7jb, and some predictions for decays of pseudoscalar and vector mesons in the t[ system are made.
