n is the total number of quark lines with large momentum transfer in the respective diagrams. A virtual photon must not be countecl as "two" like a meson, but as "unity" in the power counting. ii) The angular distribution and Q' dependence on the differential cross section are predicted and they are in good agreement with experiments. iii) The valence quark contribution is dominant in the large Q 2 region. The correspondence between the parton model and correlating quark rearrangement model is discussed.
