Brief comments are given at extremely high energies on the fixed-pole Pomeron with two Arnold and Barnett's shielding branch-cuts, i.e. alpha /sub C/(t) of alpha /sub C/(4m/sub pi //sup 2/)=1 and alpha ' /sub C/(t) of alpha '/sub C/(4m/sub K//sup 2/)=1. Assuming that the Pomeronia has already been attained at the CERN-ISR energy ranges, it is also argued in the case of proton-proton collision that asymptotic values of the total cross section and the slope parameter of the diffraction peak are 59.9 mb and 14.6 GeV/sup -2/, respectively
