A model for studying the theory of the unsteble particle is proposed. In this model, the decayed particles are distinguished from the parental ones. The production and decay of an unstable particle is investigated by the stationary treatment. It is concluded that it is possible to interpret the renormalization constant as the probability in the same way as in the case of the stable particles. (auth)
