Synthèses des alkyl-1 cyclanols fonctionnalisés aux positions α, β et γ de la chaîne hydrocarbonée

We have developed a general and versatile synthesis of N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl-, 1-chloroalkyl-, 1-phenoxyalkyl-, 1-thiophenoxyalkyl-, 1-diethyoxyalkyl-, and 1-(1,3-dithiolane)alkylcyclanols in good yields by the reaction of α,ω-bis(bromomagnesio)alkanes with the corresponding functionalized carboxylic acid esters.
