2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-D-glucosyl-(N-bis-β-chloroethyl)-phosphoramidate and ethyl-D-fructopyranoside-1-(N-bis-β-chloroethyl)-phosphoramidate have been synthesized. The first compound inhibited Adenocarcinoma 755 to 40–50%.
