Haemophilus influenzae is a rare cause of soft tissue infection. In this report, we present a case of multifocal necrotizing fasciitis in a healthy adult patient, secondary toHaemophilus influenzae serotype f infection, and we review literature on this rare cause of necrotizing fasciitis.
