This study compared the YeastOne and reference CLSI M38-A2 broth microdilution methods for antifungal susceptibility testing ofAspergillus species. The MICs of antifungal agents were determined for 100Aspergillus isolates, including 54Aspergillus fumigatus (24 TR34 /L98H isolates), 23A. flavus , 13A. terreus , and 10A. niger isolates.
