Vibrio harveyi is an important pathogen that causes vibriosis in various aquatic organisms. Here, we announce the draft genome sequence ofV. harveyi strain ZJ0603, which was isolated from diseased Orange-spotted grouper (Epinephelus coioides ) in Guangdong, China.
