We successfully achieved efficient secretory production and improved the catalytic efficiency of diacetylchitobiose deacetylase inBacillus subtilis , and this provides a good foundation for the application of diacetylchitobiose deacetylase in the production of chitosan oligosaccharides and monosaccharides.
