This paper provides an optimal energy management application of a multipopulation approach based on the escort evolutionary game theory. A distribution system including photovoltaic (PV) generation, a dedicated battery storage system (BSS) interacting with electrical vehicles (EVs) is studied. Different case studies with single-phase and three-phase EV chargers are presented and analysed. Results show the benefits of integrating a BSS regarding the undesired unbalancing effects and strong peaks of PV production.
