The problem of output regulation for a class of cascade switched nonlinear systems is investigated in this paper. Sufficient conditions for the problem to be solvable are given using the average dwell time method and the multiple Lyapunov function method. The problem for each subsystem to be solvable and may not be solvable are discussed, respectively. The main results are obtained based on full information feedback and error feedback. In addition, the method of designing the switched law is also presented in this paper. Finally, the simulation examples show that the results are very effective.
