In this paper, global stabilization is addressed for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with time delays and unmodeled dynamics. The unmodeled dynamics are coupled with outputs in the large-scale nonlinear system. The bounded time-varying delay terms are related with all states and inputs in subsystems. Both an adaptive observer and an adaptive controller are designed to deal with the time delays and unmodeled dynamics. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method on the large-scale nonlinear system.
