In the dinuclear title compound [FePtCl 2 (C 17 H 14 P)(C 21 H 20 O 2 P)]·CH 2 Cl 2 , the Pt II atom has a square‐planar geometry and the ferrocenyl–phosphine ligands are staggered at a 24.7 (2)° angle.
