The molecule of the title compound, C 34 H 46 N 2 O 6 S 4 is composed of four thiophene rings bridged by two –O(CH 2 ) 2 O– and two –CH 2 (NC 2 H 5 )CH 2 – chains. The macrocyclic molecule possesses a center of symmetry. In the crystal structure, the molecules are bridged by C—H⋯O interactions, forming chains along the a axis.
