The title compound, C 10 H 25 N 4 + ·Cl − , contains monoprotonated amine cations and chloride anions. The cations form chains along the [101] direction via N—H⋯N bonds, while N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds link the anions and cations into a three‐dimensional structure.
