In the title compound, C 12 H 15 Cl 2 NO, the piperidine ring adopts a chair conformation. An intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond is observed. The packing of the molecules in the crystal structure is stabilized by π–π interactions and Cl⋯Cl contacts.
