The structure of the title complex consists of isolated [Ni(C 11 H 14 N 3 O 2 ) 2 ] units. The Ni atom is coordinated by four oxime N atoms in distorted square‐planar geometry and lies on an inversion centre. The structure is stabilized by strong intramolecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a possible N—H⋯π intermolecular interaction.
