Both the molecular and the crystal structures of the title compound, C 9 H 14 N 2 O 2 S, are similar to those of its 4‐phenyl analogue. The supramolecular network is based upon N—H⋯N hydrogen‐bonded centrosymmetric dimers linked by N—H⋯O contacts.
