In the title compound, C 18 H 11 Cl 2 N 5 O 4 ·H 2 O, the two components are linked into complex sheets by a combination of five independent hydrogen bonds, viz. one of N—H⋯O type and two each of O—H⋯N and C—H⋯O types.
