The effective action for Goldstone bosons in the color-flavor locking phaseof dense QCD is analyzed. Interaction terms and higher derivatives in theeffective action appear to be controlled by different scales. At energies oforder of the superconducting gap, the derivative expansion breaks down, whileinteractions still remain suppressed. The effective action valid at energiesand momenta comparable to the gap is derived. Dispersion laws following fromthis action are such that the energy of Goldstone bosons is always smaller thanthe gap in the quasiparticle spectrum, and Goldstone bosons always propagatewithout damping.Comment: 17 pages, 2 figures; v2: important clarifications and discussion of weak decays in a color superconductor are adde
