Hadronic corrections to the form factors of semileptonic {ital D} and {ital B} decays are evaluated. It is shown that these effects cannot be responsible for the existing discrepancy between theory and experiment in the values of the ratio of longitudinal and transversal polarizations of the {ital {bar K}}{sup 0*} meson in the decay {ital D}{sup +}{r arrow}{ital {bar K}}{sup 0*}{ital e+}{nu}. The effects of the hadronic corrections are shown to be even weaker in the case of the {ital B}{sup +}{r arrow}{ital {bar D}}{sup 0*}{ital e+}{nu} decay.
