The rust fungus Coleosporium tussilaginis occurs on several genera of Asteraceae. It is host alternating with many species of pine (Pinus spp.). In 2010, the rust was confirmed on alpine ragwort (Senecio nemorensis) in Norway. Accepted for publication 18 December 2012. Published 17 January 2013.
