Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) is increasingly performed for the treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF), but it is problematic because the use of anti-arrhythmic agents is largely restricted in patients undergoing hemodialysis (HD) therapy. However, little is known about the long-term clinical outcomes of AF after RFCA in HD patients.
