The recently published histopathologic classification of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated glomerulonephritis might greatly aid in the prognostication of patients at the time of diagnosis. This study aims to re-evaluate the new classification for its prognostic capacity in an independent Chinese series.
